I am a trauma-informed practitioner, trained with Susie Smith @ Intuitive Breathwork. My work is sensitive, intuitive, and holistic. I am committed to promoting holistic health through breathwork practises. My aim is to provide a safe container to empower individuals to unlock their full potential and achieve physical, mental and emotional balance.
